Scrum methodology will be followed for development which is an iterative and incremental agile development methodology for managing product development. As part of our Quality Assurance Mechanism, Hyperlink Network Systems provides an SLA agreement on all projects and services that conforms to customers defined acceptance criteria.
Quality Assurance Engineer generates test cases with customers’ acceptance criteria on which the developed solution is tested as well as monitor project deliverables. Below is our quality life cycle plan.






As part of our maintenance and support services, Hyperlink Network Systems shall:
Provide technical advice and guidance via telephone, email or onsite support by solution specialist. Specialist will provide guidance on solution features, operational issues, known problems and available remedy for implemented solution.
Troubleshoot problems related to solution via phone, virtual private network, or remote connection.
If an issue cannot be restored or resolved remotely, an emergency onsite support can be
arranged on mutual agreed basis.


Provide access via phone or email to Support Centre tool. Customer can open an Assistance Request (“AR”) any time of the year. 
Support Center will assign each Request Number to facilitate communication and enable rapid assistance.
